On January 4 we met with Warren to first talk about and design our pool.
He came up with a great design
And on February 13th the engineered plans were complete
and ready to be submitted to the city
(the first set)
Plans were submitted to the city of Oakland Park on February 22
and after 9 weeks. The last dept.(zoning) rejected them
Because, since we are a newly annexed part of there city
they are still using broward county's zoning rules.
our problem was the water edge of a pool needs to be 8 feet from property line and deck 5 feet.
"so lets move the spa"
The plans were changed and I think we like it better this way.
But it is still Warrens original plans that makes this work.
Plans were re-submitted to the city of Oakland Park
on May 12th and quickly approved on may 17th.
and after calling Chris and Angela a Thousand times
We now have a Dig date of May 23rd
